The Law Offices of Ronald S. Barak (RSB-Law) is a highly specialized virtual law firm. Our three principal areas of practice include commercial business, real estate and dispute resolution.  Other law firms may offer more, but Jacks of all trades often master none!

Criminal law? We can’t tell the difference between the criminals and the cops. Personal injury law? We don’t even know when “PI” stands for personal injury or private investigator. Divorce? We know more about international relations than we do about domestic relations.

Our clients include U.S. and international business enterprises, individuals, executives, insureds, lenders, borrowers, investors, developers, landlords, tenants, contractors and title companies.

This website notwithstanding (how could we claim to be a virtual law firm without the ability to design, construct and maintain a website?), RSB-Law does not generally advertise. Our clients are primarily repeat and word of mouth based. Efficient, prompt, quality service with undivided loyalty to our clients is the best kind of advertising we know. We vigilantly guard the confidentiality, privacy and other rights and interests of our clients.

In order to provide a broad based approach to our clients, we draw on our business experience as well as our legal knowledge, both transactional and litigation.

Mr. Barak is particularly active in the representation of commercial tenants, secured real property borrowers and real property investors. He graduated from the University of Southern California Law Center in the upper 5% of his class with Order of Coif honors, where he was an Associate Editor of the Law Review. He also is a licensed real estate broker, has a bachelor of science degree with honors in Physics, has published many professional books and, most recently, including the legal and political thriller novel, The Amendment Killer, and is a past NCAA national champion and competing member of the U.S. Olympic team as well as several other U.S. international sports teams.
